Tilt Up Painting was established in San Diego, California by owner Jose (Joey) Delavega and his family. We are a family of Licensed painters with over 27 years of combined experience in the Commercial and Residential Painting industry, in Southern California, Nevada and Arizona.

We are registered U.S. Federal Contractors! No project is too large or too small!
